    Generate mailings to and stop by to meet:
    1. Realtors
    2. For Sale By Owners - they’re probably buying another property.
    3. Insurance Agents
    4. Chambers of Commerce
    5. Title Companies

    Find out who the top producing agents are and offer them 3 ways to finance any of their listings and offer to update that weekly. Maybe it would be easier to setup a website for each property and update it that way. Then they can put a link to your site with your face and contact information on it! There is a place in most MLS’s for the agent to upload links with the listing so if you offer to do this they may actually send you more business. How to find top producing agents? Look in the real estate guides for those that take a whole page! Each month that cost is at least $750.-1000+ if it’s in color. Then look for the ones who’s ads make you want to call on the property. Those are the ones who are successful. They also will not be patient with any mistakes. They look at real estate as their business and have not got any patience with those that mess up their deals so be detailed and very careful to do it right the first time. Also be quick to take their calls any time they want to make any to you! Give them the service they deserve as an advocate for your business. Make them feel special and you will have not only made a friend but, established a strong business relationship. Find out how fast your company could put together a loan if they call you as the back up lender? The way I used this was I asked every one of my buyers to at least speak with someone that I knew who had never, never messed up one of my deals. Then we always had a backup if their lender went belly up or couldn’t close the loan at the last minute. See how you become the hero? We have too few heros today. Reach for that status and you can’t go wrong. Good luck
